As survivors of past traumas in each of their lives, husband and wife, Anthony and Jen Bailey not only use running to help improve their physical and mental health but also as a platform to give back to their community through their passion for running.
Run for grace
running club
Moving your body is not only a great benefit for physical health but for mental health as well. To help others with this, we host a fun run/walk meetup every Tuesday night at 7pm at Lucky Luke Brewpub.
